libeinfo1-dbg software package provides dependency based init system (pretty console display library) - debug, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libeinfo1-dbg
libeinfo1-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libeinfo1-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libeinfo1-dbg *
You will get with libeinfo1-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
